Erbium group develops the 1240 nm pulse fiber laser with maximum average power 5 W, repeat frequency 80 kHz~120 kHz and pulse width 60 ns-120 ns which can be continuously tuned. 1240 nm pulse fiber laser offers the excellent light source for cutting silicon wafer cutting and doubling frequency 620 nm laser. 1240 nm pulse fiber laser based on the scheme of Raman amplifer have the characterizes of high power, low noise, high Beam quality near diffraction limit, all-optical-fiber transmission, the simple and compact machine structure and the free maintenance.
